This section lists various problems and solutions encountered by users while using the Wireless Internet Frame. When encountering a problem, first check the list below and follow the suggested action if one matches your problem. If the problem still persists, contact or visit the nearest service center.

Q:The Wireless Internet Frame does not turn on?

1. Check the power connection between the Wireless Internet Frame and the power adaptor.

Q:The power is on but the screen is blank?

1. The Wireless Internet Frame may be in sleep mode. Press the [Mode] button to turn on the product

Q:It takes some time to display an image?

1. Loading an image from an external memory disk may take several seconds depending on the file format and photo resolution.
2. The recommended photo resolution is 12 Mega pixels or less. Photos of higher resolution will require more time to load.

Q:Nothing displays in Home Network when selecting Photo Player / Media Player?

1. Make sure your Wireless Internet Frame and your PC are connected to the same wireless network.
2. Make sure you have added some photos / media files to your sharing center through Windows Media Player and have allowed the Wireless Internet Frame to retrieve them. (See the Photo Player -> Home Network part in the manual)
3. On Home Network, if the shared folders contain more files than the frame memory limit, it may not display the files on frame or it may display "Too many files". If this is the case, please remove some files from the shared folders

Q:I added a web photo account,but the photos do not display on the Wireless Internet Frame?

1. Make sure your Wireless Internet Frame has Internet connection.
2. Make sure the link you added is correct.
3. Check whether the format of the web photo link you added is RSS 2.0 and the account is Picasa/ /Windows Live Space

Q:Some photos in my web account do not display?

1. Check photos format and size.
2. The recommended photo format is JPEG.
3. The recommended photo resolution is 800 x 480 or less. Photos of higher resolution will require more time to load

Q:The Wireless Internet Frame cannot detect the U disk or memory card I inserted?

1. Restart the Wireless Internet Frame.
2. Reinsert the U disk / memory card.
3. Make sure your memory card is SD, MMC, MS, xD or CF.
4. Make sure the U disk or memory card has been inserted into the correct slot

Q:It takes some time to load the news?

1. Confirm the network connection is good.
2. Close the News application and open again

Q:The news feed cannot be refreshed successfully?

1. Confirm your Wi-Fi network can access internet.
2. Try to refresh again by selecting "Refresh" in the drop-down menu.
3. Check whether the feed displays normally in your computer. If not, it will not display on the Wireless Internet Frame either. Please contact the provider or wait and try again

Q:The news feed I added cannot be played?

Make sure the feed is in RSS 2.0 format.

Q:The video does not play smoothly?

Please make sure the video format is WMV or MPEG1 and the resolution is less than or equal to 320X240, 25fps

Q:The Internet radio connection is slow?

1. Make sure the Wireless Internet Frame has Internet connection and the network connection is good.
2. Make sure the Internet radio format is supported

Q:The Internet radio station stops playing even when the network connection is good?

1. Try to pause and then play again.
2. The digital photo frame needs some time to buffer the audio source, please be patient.
3. The buffering status is subject to the loading and network status of the station provider's server.
4. Some radio stations do not broadcast 24 hours a day and some stations are not always online. Please try again later

Q:The Internet radio connection fails?

1. The Internet radio server may have shut down temporarily.
2. Confirm your Wi-Fi network has Internet access

Q:The internet radio I added cannot be played?

1. Make sure the format of the station is WMA; if not, the station cannot be supported

Q:In Wi-Fi settings I entered is the correct network Key, but still cannot connect?

1. Check that your firewall is not blocking any outgoing ports. To configure the Access Port Control, you must read the instructions supplied with the wireless access point.
